Hilton Smythe welcomes to the market The Bus Stop Vintage Tea Room, which is a tearoom/café with a difference. It is so called as there is a Dennis double decker bus to the front in the garden dining area that is being sold with the business. The bus is set up as a tearoom to the lower deck giving seating for 16 – 20 and is ripe for further development. Outside there is an eclectic mix of seating which are surrounded by many flower boxes. Internally, the tearoom is reminiscent of your grannie’s parlour. All in all, there is seating for around 60 guests.
The Bus Stop Tea Room opens its doors at 7.30am 7 days a week and closes at 4.30pm. Each day our client freshly makes cakes & soup and serves them along with breakfast, lunch, savoury snacks, hot and cold drinks. The business has been a big hit with the local working community but does require further advertising to promote the business all the more. The tearoom’s double decker bus can also be utilised further for children’s parties or made into a play bus etc to make this a venue for all the family.
The business has been promoted by word of mouth and with the aid of a Facebook page only, however, further promotion on Facebook would be advantageous. The business would also benefit from the addition of a website and other social media pages in order to promote the business all the more.
There are many reasons to buy The Bus Stop Vintage Tea Room including:
High asset value
A business that could develop further
A double decker bus!
There is scope for development of the business by looking at the following options:
Utilise the bus as a children’s party bus or play area
Create a website to promote the business
Create further social media pages to promote the business
Hilton Smythe highly advise early viewing to avoid disappointment.
The business is run and managed by our client.
