Songul is a Commercial Finance Broker at Hilton Smythe, where she helps businesses secure the funding they need for growth. With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, she specialises in Asset and Invoice Finance, working closely with businesses in sectors like

construction, manufacturing, fitness, and printing. Her goal is to provide tailored financial solutions that align with each client's unique needs.

Before joining Hilton Smythe in 2025, Songul honed her expertise at Santander, where she worked in secured and unsecured lending. This experience, combined with her extensive industry knowledge, makes her an asset to the team. She is currently working toward her SQA CLC qualification in conveyancing, continually expanding her skill set to serve her clients better.

What sets Songul apart is her problem-solving mindset. Her motto is, “Always focus on the solution, not the problem.” She thrives in challenging situations and is known for her ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of her clients. Her colleagues describe her as driven, adaptable, and proactive, always ready to take on new opportunities.
