Katie Holt is a Deal Executive at Hilton Smythe, responsible for liaising with both buyers and sellers, negotiating offers, preparing heads of terms, and assisting with legal due diligence and the process through to completion.


Katie joined Hilton Smythe almost ten years ago, without prior experience in the industry, seeking a new challenge.


Over her career, Katie has worked on hundreds of business sales ranging from £100,000 to £3 million across various sectors. She finds every deal interesting due to the unique complexities and needs ofeach business.


Katie’s key skills include problem-solving, being approachable, and her in-depth knowledge of business sales, making her an invaluable resource for her clients.


At Hilton Smythe, Katie builds trust with clients by being approachable and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the sales process.
