Sandra Roberts

Executive Assistant

Sandra Roberts is an Executive Assistant at Hilton Smythe, where she plays a key role in preparing marketing materials that help bring business listings to life. From liaising with clients and gathering compliance documents to coordinating with copywriters and graphic designers, Sandra ensures every listing runs smoothly from start to finish.


Before joining Hilton Smythe, Sandra spent over two decades as a criminal lawyer, preparing legal documents and managing client communications, skills she now uses daily in her current role. Her journey into business broking began through a recommendation from a former manager who knew her strong work ethic and eye for detail.


Though new to the brokerage world, Sandra brings a wealth of life and professional experience, a strong educational background, including a Law degree and HNC in Business Studies and a natural ability to connect with people. Her colleagues describe her as glamorous, trustworthy and fun.


For Sandra, what sets Hilton Smythe apart is its approachable, can-do attitude. Outside of work, you’ll find hershopping, lunching, enjoying holidays (especially cruises!), and spending time with family and friends.
