Ayesha Bashir is a Financial Services Assistant at Hilton Smythe, where she assists clients with their financial needs and supports the daily operations of the office. Ayesha’s role involves managing client onboarding and supporting ongoing deals, ensuring smooth processes throughout.

With a background in legal and government roles, Ayesha’s LLB degree provided her with a strong foundation in contracts, transactions, and risk management, all of which complement her work in business brokerage. She enjoys the challenge of bridging her legal expertise with the more commercially-focused environment at Hilton Smythe, helping clients navigate business sales, acquisitions, and financial services.

Ayesha has been with Hilton Smythe for almost 4 months and has already contributed significantly to the team, particularly in gathering client information, staying organised under pressure, and building trust with clients during sensitive transactions. Her key strengths include compliance, documentation, and working within regulated environments.
