Craig Graham

Operations Director

As a Director and Owner at Hilton Smythe, Craig brings a wealth of experience to the operational side of the business. With a background rooted in hospitality management and nearly two decades in leadership roles, including 14 years in business transfer and 7 years in finance, Craig plays a pivotal part behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly.


While he's not client-facing in deal-making, his role is all about empowering the team, building capability, andensuring the business functions at its best. With strengths in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, Craig is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and fostering growth across the company.


Craig is a firm believer in the power of great people, he’s known for his 'firm but fair' approach. Outside the office, Craig enjoys walking his dogs, city breaks, cycling, and cooking (he’s yet to meet a dish he doesn’t like). He also keeps a keen eye on current affairs and never misses a good rugby match.
