An element of the work includes new build domestic properties, usually large prestigious standalone builds with the whole heating, plumbing and waste water installation and Commercial refurbishments including heating and WC facilities.

Heating and boiler installation – Air and ground source heat pumps, gas and oil. The engineers safely complete both domestic and light commercial works including full installations, boiler changes, system upgrades, power flushing, landlord certification, boiler servicing and breakdowns.

Air conditioning – Installation in offices, workshops, comms rooms and domestic. Design and installation service and on-going maintenance contracts and breakdowns.

Bathroom installations - A complete design and fit service from simple replacements to complete transformation of any size bathroom which will include new showers/ shower cubicles, baths, sinks, sanitary ware and bath units to new flooring and wall tiling.

Maintenance, servicing and repairs for established customers, investigating any faults between our scheduled works.

The owners are mainly office based, running the business, preparing the quotations, office administration and accounts. As the owner has an F-Gas and OFTEC qualification, these would be required to support the remaining Engineers if these services were to continue.

In 2020, the company has seen an increase in new domestic customers as some commercial customers have turned to working from home and domestic customers embarking on upgrading or replacing existing heating systems.
